PixyZap provides a QR-code based wedding photo delivery platform. Photographers upload event photos; guests use face recognition to find and download their photos.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Plans are per-event and non-refundable once the event is activated and photos are uploaded.
Photos are stored for the duration of your plan (30, 60, or 90 days). After expiry, all photos are permanently deleted. We recommend downloading your photos before expiry.
Guest selfies are used solely for face matching and are not stored permanently. We do not sell or share any biometric data with third parties.
You may not use PixyZap for illegal purposes, to upload offensive content, or to violate the privacy of individuals without their consent.
PixyZap is not liable for loss of data beyond the storage period or for technical issues beyond our control. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected event.

Photographers: Name, email, phone number, and payment information. Guests: Selfie photo (temporary, for matching only) and optional WhatsApp number.
Photographer data is used to manage accounts and process payments. Guest selfies are used only to run face matching — they are deleted after the matching session. WhatsApp numbers are used only to send the photo download link.
We use ArcFace AI to match guest selfies with event photos. Facial embeddings (mathematical representations) are stored temporarily per event and deleted when the event expires. We do not build facial recognition databases.
Event photos are deleted after your plan period (30/60/90 days). Guest selfies are deleted within 24 hours of the session. Account data is retained until you request deletion.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use Razorpay for payments (their privacy policy applies) and Fast2SMS/WATI for WhatsApp delivery.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing velmunis@gmail.com. We will process requests within 7 business days.
All data is stored on secure servers in India. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transfer. Access to photo storage is token-protected.
